Though not as well-known as the cover that appeared on the album, this alternative cover – the “runner up” – to the famous landmark 1975 album Born to Run is equally engaging image with both Bruce Springsteen and Clarence Clemons looking directly at the camera. In some respects, it feels more unique as it is less in the public’s memory of what the image is expected to look like.
